Membership privileges will be confirmed upon approval by our team. A. The applicant acknowledges that the initiation fee paid upon joining Neighborhood Padel is non-refundable. B. Memberships are non-transferable and valid on an annual basis only. In the event of termination by either the applicant or Neighborhood Padel, the initiation fee and any membership dues already paid will not be refunded. C. The applicant understands that access to Neighborhood Padel facilities may at times be limited or adjusted due to scheduling, events, or seasonal conditions, and that usage fees may vary accordingly. D. The applicant confirms receipt and acceptance of the Neighborhood Padel Membership Agreement and the Club Rules & Guidelines.
